Dear Mother
Mother,
I write this post on February 9th, 2014 with a prediction. Mom you don’t know this but you have always taught me to be confident in myself. You have always made me smile when I don’t feel like it when I am down you know how to pick me up. You got me through a rough childhood but I am thankful for every moment because it made me tougher.
In February 2020, I am going to make you so proud. You are going to be like I can’t Eric is ______________. I know what goes in this blank but I don’t talk. You taught me to let my actions do the talking. I will tell you what I want to accomplish will be very difficult. It’s going to take more sacrifices but the look on your face will be priceless.
Mom, I represent our family in every decision I make AND when a man realizes that and has a purpose, he can push his way through everything. I can’t wait to take you to a store and buy you whatever you want. Nothing I could ever give to you would equal what you have given to me in my life.

Bravo, Bravo: Record breaking January
Haters are making me stronger! I am more confident then I have ever been because of all of my failures. All that pain BUT I am still here, thank you. I am still writing AND I am busier one then I have ever been! I am tired, I have bags under my eyes but we GRIND!
This year we have broke every record that I have previously had on the blog and it’s only January. I want to say thank you to anyone that has viewed the blog, shared, clicked on a link, etc. I also like to thank all the haters that said I no one would come to my blog. Thanks for saying that, I needed that.
I am most proud of all the different countries that have been to this page. 55 different countries have taken time out of there days to click on a link, or type something into a search bar that triggers one of my posts.
Bottomline is that I have a large base of readers and I am so grateful!

Success requires naysayers
What do you think people said to Thomas Edison when he said he was going to invent a device that would light up an entire room? What do you think people said Alexander Graham Bell when he told people he was inventing an instrument that would enable two people to talk to each other thousands of miles apart?
You can trust in the fact that if you have a big dream and there are lots of naysayers around, they’re proof that you can do it! When I first set off to start my business, I had a lot of people tell me how stupid I was. They were like ” why would they listen to you”?
Naysayers are always present but the effect a naysayer has is up to you. If you allow one naysayer to get to you’ll open yourself up to being affected by more naysayers, so don’t let them bother you. I use their words as inspiration and I know it pisses them off even more. My success is a result of every naysayer I have ever had.
So you want to be successful? Embrace those naysayers and use them as motivation. Take your game to the next level. The greatest basketball player of this generation is LeBron James. One if the most hated players of our generation is LeBron James. Do you really think he cares?

Make it Happen
Time to put your dream and action together! Time to push or be pushed! This year a lot of people are going to tell us that we can’t accomplish what we want but I am here to tell you, YOU CAN. Do you deserve to be happy?
Dreams are something every human being on this earth have but few accomplish. Pain is what stops many of us because during the chase of that dream, we are going to have people in our way that make it tough. We are going to face some of our biggest fears but that’s how we get what we want.
Pain and fear are something that people hate to talk about but I am telling you that you have to learn to embrace it. Success isn’t easy! The process weeds out the weak and the uncommitted. Like getting into the NFL, it takes a life long commitment to football.
My journey towards my life long commitment to changing the way people think and inspiring the WORLD, started in April 2013. I have a plan on becoming the world’s best motivational speaker and life coach. You think that is going to be easy? It is going to be the toughest thing I ever endured but I really want it so I can take the PAIN!
Go get what belongs to you TODAY! Make it HAPPEN TODAY! Yesterday, I was at my local areas college talking to college kids about jobs. I was sitting behind a table as they would approach me. All I thought is “this is my future”! Changing lives and inspiring people to do their best! I am building my.dream brick by brick, LET’S GO!
